Despite his troubled background, NBA YoungBoy is only 20 years old. His rap sheet is quite extensive, but the 20-year-old has managed to create music in the midst of it and is now worth approximately $2.5 million.

He Wrote His Debut in Jail

His debut mixtape titled "Life Before Fame" was largely written in 2015 while he was serving time in juvenile detention for robbery. He was then arrested again in 2016 which likely spawned several of his newest hits such as "Homicide."
