Growing up in Los Banos, California wasn't easy for Bryiana Noelle Flores. She was diagnosed with a severe illness that could have cut her life short, but her will and the overwhelming support of her family helped her overcome the disease.

Bryiana was a Make-a-Wish Kid

During her struggle with her illness, the Make-a-Wish Foundation reached out to her family in hopes of raising Bryiana's spirits. Make-a-Wish sent Bryiana and her family to Hawaii so she could swim and frolic with dolphins.

Bullied for Being Unique

Bryiana Noelle Flores is of Chinese, Filipino, Spanish, Blackfoot, Cherokee, and Caucasian descent. She's always been thin and small. Her outstanding natural beauty attracted less secure peers to bully her for her slight frame and unusual heritage. She's not bitter about being bullied in school but she's passionate about kids being kind to one another.

Wearing Crowns

Moving to Los Angeles intending to pursue a modeling career was a big risk considering she's only 5.3 inches tall while most models in the industry are closer to six feet than five. Bryiana's drive led her to be crowned Miss California Teen and in 2008 she was crowned Miss Teen of the Nation.

A Sky-High Proposal

On their first date, Rob Dyrdek hired a helicopter to take them to Bakersfield, California to rescue puppies. The romantic gesture was an enormous success. A few years later, Rob and Bryiana took another helicopter ride where he asked her to marry him.
