Larry the Cable Guy's Wife (Cara Whitney) Loves Horses, Ya'll!
Larry the Cable Guy (Daniel Whitney) has made a successful career out of portraying a blue-collar worker, some would even say he's impersonating rednecks. However, his wife is Cara Whitney and while the pair might appreciate the pastoral life, it is apparent that they are definitely no blue-collar folks!
Nebraska Wedding
Keeping consistent with Larry the Cable Guy's branding, Daniel and Cara were married on July 3, 2005, in Nebraska. The private affair might have had a few country accents but it was anything but cheap.
A Cable Guy Family
The pair have been together for a decade and a half. They have two children: Wyatt and Reagan. The family lives on a 180-acre farm in Lincoln, Nebraska which isn't far from his hometown of Pawnee.
Wyatt's Hip Dysplasia
Cara and Daniel's son Wyatt was born with hip dysplasia but has been successfully treated by the very talented Dr. Chad Price at the Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children. Wyatt is a healthy little boy today.
Helping Others
The disease emotionally impacted the couple and they decided to help out others with hip dysplasia. Together they donated $5 million through their resources and through Daniel's appearances on 'Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader' and Family Feud.
