She recalls the three minutes she spent under the water when her chain got stuck, causing her to nearly drown. The producers and everyone at the scene thought she was acting fabulously, when the truth was that she was drowning. However, they eventually got to the safety latch in time to save her life.

Near-Death Experience

Zac Efron was filming a survival series/documentary in a remote area of Papua New Guinea when he contracted a rare and deadly form of typhoid. He was rushed in the hospital in a life-or-death emergency and luckily made it through to shoot another day.
