Scott Disick Reacts to Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker's engagement

Scott Disick and baby mama Kourtney Kardashian were stuck in a “will they or won’t they” pattern for a decade, but it looks likes the contentious couple are over for good — and sources say Disick isn’t taking the news very well.

Poosh-founder Kourtney, who shares three children with her former partner, just got engaged to Blink-182 musician Travis Barker after the tattooed drummer popped the question while the couple was visiting the Rosewood Miramar hotel on October 18.

While the duo seemed ecstatic as they shared the news on social media, Disick, who adopted the title “Lord” after purchasing a knighthood online, is apparently less than enthused.

Sources say members of the Kardashian-Jenner family reportedly warned the Flip It Like Disick star that Kourtney and her rocker beau were planning on taking the next step, but that Disick is “still really sad about it and is feeling low.”

Disick’s devastation follows a long period of on-again, off-again romance that saw the oft-bickering couple produce three children: daughter Penelope and sons Reign and Mason. Thanks to the long-running reality show Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Scott is on record as asking his ex to marry him, using a sparkling Lorraine Schwartz ring in his proposal, but ultimately the Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami star said no.

The co-parents parted ways for good in 2015. Health-obsessed Kourtney was reportedly disappointed in her then-boyfriend’s excessive drinking and partying, with a source at the time saying late nights and a growing lack of trust had taken their toll.

All of it is water under the bridge for Kardashian and her future-husband, who has his own complex romantic history. Barker was previously married twice. His first marriage to Melissa Kennedy lasted a mere nine months. His second marriage, to actress and former Miss USA Shanna Moakler was more successful, producing two children — son Landon and daughter Alabama — before the couple called it quits.

As for Disick’s current mental state, friends say he will always care for Kourtney as the mother of his children but is struggling to speak to her given his grief. The engagement news also calls into question Disick’s status within the Kardashian-Jenner family — the loopy Lord is frequently included in family trips and holiday get-togethers, but that could all change once Kourtney and Travis say, ‘I do’.
