Even though the pair met at 16 years old, Ethan was sure that Brandy would only ever see him as a friend. Fast forward 10 years to 2001, and they began seeing each other romantically. At his highest weight, Ethan was over 540 pounds, and by encouraging his love for riding bikes, working out, and really taking care of himself, Brandy cheered Ethan on as he transformed into a body builder down to just 9% body fat.
