For a four week stay at Crossroads, Antigua, the program is the U.S. $24,500. Celebrity clientele includes Britney Spears, Whitney Houston, Colin Farrell, Billy Joel. Eric Clapton founded this beachfront center, which offers yoga and meditation classes in addition to a full rehab program.
Passages, Malibu, California, is an elite rehab center. The basic 30-day program costs $1,300. Mel Gibson and David Hasselhoff have participated in the program. Passages only welcome 12 guests at a time. The center is 15,500-square feet and houses two juice bars, a library, a chef's kitchen, and 12 private bedrooms with baths.
The cost per stay is $26,000 for a month, split between all the current guests at the Betty Ford Clinic. The clinic named after the former first lady has a lengthy list of famous clients: a few are David Hasselhoff, Keith Urban, and Liza Minnelli. The clinic is strict and makes celebrities do their own chores.

Silver Hill Hospital, New Canaan, Connecticut, costs $1,2000 per day. While staying, you can play some cribbage or simply walk around enjoying the 60 acres of pristine property. The famous clientele has included Nick Nolte, Mariah Carey, Billy Joel, and Truman Capote.
